A hangover from the pandemic, the result of modern technology or the symptom of a society that doesn’t know how to talk – whatever the reasons inter-business communication issues provide HR with a huge challenge that needs attention. Impacting on everything from productivity to working culture, the need to communicate effectively, consistently and appropriately with the entire workforce is clear.
