As 2022 draws to a close and we look to welcome in 2023, it undoubtedly becomes a time to reflect on the last 12 months as well as look forward to the New Year.
Our last newsletter of 2022 takes a look at the last 12 months’ content highlighting many of the top stories of 2022 all of which reflect a major contribution from our growing community of Senior HR’s.
When we officially launched The HR World a little over a year ago it was always my intention that we didn’t become just another news platform and that our content should be about our community by our community.
There is little point in writing about something unless you can offer some personal experience of the subject in some way or another. Too many content platforms just regurgitate news for the sake of it. That is not my intention for The HR World.
It is important that we stick to this mantra throughout 2023 and that all our monthly newsletters and regular webinars should be led by our community of Senior HRs and our growing base of commercial partners.
Whilst the economic outlook next year may not look quite so rosy I have every faith in our collective abilities to make the most of a difficult situation.
We all have a role to play in influencing the outcome and where possible providing a positive spin on what will be difficult situations and at times undoubtedly difficult decisions.
The HR World is a platform built with you in mind where you can draw upon others’ experiences as well as contribute your own knowledge and views to help your peer group.
Throughout 2023 we will have an exciting agenda of topics to cover through our regular monthly newsletters starting off in January with “Health & Wellbeing”.
We are also looking to tackle some of the bigger subjects such as ED&I, Learning & Development, Artificial Intelligence and Workplace Culture amongst many others.
If you have an interest in providing input and content to these any many other subjects then please do get in touch – your opinion does matter to us.
