Crosby Management Training is a specialist provider of HR, People Professions and Learning & Development apprenticeships, alongside a wider apprenticeship offer that supports key organisational functions. We also deliver CIPD qualifications for HR and people professionals at different stages of their career.
We are a CIPD Platinum Centre! The highest grade of CIPD centre, awarded and quality-rated by the CIPD. This reflects the strength of our delivery, learner support, and commitment to professional standards.
Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeship provision is designed to build confident, credible professionals. Leading with HR, People Professions and Learning & Development. We also host additional apprenticeship programmes to support wider organisational capability.
What makes our apprenticeships different:
- A dedicated Lead Trainer supports each learner throughout their programme, providing consistent guidance and structured progress.
- Occupationally experienced trainers: our delivery team are practitioners in their field, with a blend of CIPD Chartered Fellows, CIPD Members, and even a CIPD Companion.
- Closed cohorts that create community and connection, learners network with peers from public, private and third sector organisations.
- Online delivery that is engaging, accessible and designed around the realities of busy workplaces.
- An Enrichment Programme that goes beyond the curriculum, including Inspiring Voices sessions, awards and additional development opportunities, helping learners progress further and achieve more.
